Amrit Basra (born Amritpal Singh) is a Punjabi singer, lyricist, and composer, born in the village of Khan Razada, Punjab, India and now based in Australia. He writes and produces his own catalogue — Melodic drill, Punjabi folk mixed with street hip-hop and Afro-fusion — on tracks including "Naare Ni," "Killa Mode," "Bag and Guns," "Nazar Hattdi," and "Tell Me Why."
"Naare Ni (Slowed + Reverb)" went viral on TikTok, racking up more than 40,000 user-made videos. He's since built a listener base across India, Canada, and Australia.
